  1. Choir (Doxa Heralds)
  • Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through songs, praise and drama
  • Research appropriate media and presentations for services
  • Lead the congregation in worship and praise
  • Encourage believers in their walk with Jesus Christ through songs and drama
  • Provide an avenue for believers to share their Spiritual gifts and be an integral part of the worship experience
  1. Multi -Media
  • Enhance worship experience via the use of media tools
  • Produce quality and uninterrupted sound
  • Project meaningful lyrics, word, messages and videos
  • Capture valuable teachings
  • Ensure services are captured and ready for website deployment
  • Manage the church website and other social media handles and engagements
  1. Prayer Squad
  • Pray for the ministry
  • Pray towards upcoming programs of the Church
  • Pray for the ministers, workers, volunteers and members
  • Pray for the body of Christ
  • Pray and reach out to individuals, who request for it
  1. Children Sunday School
  • Ensure that the programs and curriculum for Sunday church activities are developed and conducted in a manner that compliments the overall church vision.
  • Plan and implement training programs that will effectively develop leaders in children’s educational ministries
  • Plan, promote, and implement annual or other special events for children
  • Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of any program, event, training, policy, or teaching materials currently being used for ministering to the children
  • Monitor the children during the service
  • Teach, mark test and quizzes given to the children according
  1. Ushering
  • Seat guests and members
  • Be in charge of all financial collectables
  • Keep order at the entrance of the sanctuary
  • Attend to visitors and first timers
  • Handle disturbances
  1. Protocol
  • Routine protocol duties within the Church premises during services and meetings
  • Identifying visiting ministers, VIPs, church guest, special guest and attending to them appropriately.
  • Compiling, and inviting guests to special programs
  • Transportation and accommodation arrangement for guests
  1. CSR/Hospitality
  • Provide needed information for CSR/Outreaches activities
  • Provide hospitality to visiting ministers and first timers
  • Providing necessary welfare to members, workers and ministers
  • Be in charge of CSR/Outreaches
  1. Finance/Logistics
  • Keeping all the financial records of the ministry
  • Develop an annual operating budget with the contribution of other departments/ministries
  • Present all financial goals and proposals to the church council for approval
  • Providing annual financial reports to the congregation
  • Developing and regularly updating the necessary internal controls
  • Providing and arranging logistics for the church mission trips   
  1. Sanitation
  • Ensuring that church auditorium is clean and ready for use
  • Ensuring that the church environment is clean and hygienic for use
  • Ensuring that the gents and ladies are clean and hygienic during service times
  • Ensuring that communion emblem are kept clean and safe
  1. Membership / Follow-up
  • Welcome and attend to first timers and visitors
  • Follow-up on first timers, visitors, members, workers and ministers
  • Provide workable data, ideas to the church management
  • Organize physical visit to first-timer, members etc
  • Organize evangelism from time to time
  1. Facility Management
  • Ensuring that the facility is operating as it should on a daily basis
  • Dealing with emergency issues that arise
  • Formulating plans for the future
  • Creating plans for replacement and repairs
